•  Why not the company's psychologist?

  Confidentiality — Your co-workers, boss, friends and others do not have to know about your issues unless you choose to do so.
  
  Flexibility — You choose what works best for you and not from a limited set of therpist.
  
  Autonomy — The length of care, frequency of sessions, etc are entirely up to you and your progress.

•  Can I wait?

  Letting time heal may work for some but most often, issues simply get buried and will resurface again later. Most psychological condition do not heal completely by itself. The emotional scars from each incident gets deeper each time and makes therapy more challenging. By waiting longer, you are running the risk of doing permanent damage to your career or relationships. By delaying, you are playing roulette on your own life.
